Property: White to milky white powder, relative density 1.14 g/cm3. The melting point shall not be less than 178 ° C. Soluble in ethanol, benzene, and chloroform, insoluble in water. Stable storage.

Usage: Natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and overspeed accelerator for latex. Its vulcanization activity temperature is relatively low, which can replace ZDBC, ZDEC, PZ, etc., and has better operational safety. Especially prominent is that this product does not produce carcinogenic nitrosamines during rubber processing. This product can also serve as an excellent activator for thiazole type accelerators. When using this product, the combination amount of zinc oxide and sulfur is average, and fatty acids can be used but not used. It can be directly added to the adhesive or used as a component dispersion to add latex.
