Characteristics and Application: This product is an excellent liquid hindered phenolic antioxidant with good antioxidant performance. When combined with auxiliary antioxidants, synergistic stabilizers (such as phosphites, phosphates, thioethers, hydroxylamines, lactones), and hindered amine light stabilizers (such as ultraviolet absorbers, hindered amines), it has a significant synergistic effect. It is especially suitable for polyurethane soft foam rubber plate, which can prevent polyols from generating peroxides during storage, and can also prevent scorching during foaming. Due to its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in the forced air cooling process of polyurethane. This feature can also prevent surface fogging and textile coloring of products used in automobiles. Used in lubricating oil, it can significantly improve the high-temperature stability of the oil.

This product has the convenience of being pumped with liquid additives, making it easy to use and effective for mixing. Under the manufacturing and processing mode of single liquid, lotion, suspension, solution or melt polymer, the low volatility and liquid state of antioxidant 1135 make it particularly suitable for emulsification. It can be dissolved, dispersed or kept pure liquid when added during processing. It can be added before, during, and after aggregation. The recommended dosage is usually between 0.15% and 0.5%.
