Usage: The silane coupling agent kh-560 enhances the electrical properties of epoxy resin based electronic sealants, packaging materials, and printed circuit boards, improving the bonding force between the resin and the matrix or filler. The silane coupling agent KH-560 can enhance the electrical properties of many inorganic filled nylon, polybutene terephthalate, and other composite materials. It is effective for a wide range of fillers and matrices, such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz or metals such as aluminum, copper, and iron. Including: epoxy sealant filled with quartz, premixed formula, epoxy resin concrete repair material or coating filled with sand, and epoxy resin material used for mold making tools and metal filling, which eliminates the requirement for independent primers in polysulfide and polyurethane sealants and caulking compounds.
