Property: This product has a specific gravity of 1.44 and is soluble in dioxane, tetrahydrofuran, and hot acetone. It is insoluble in petroleum ether, chloroform, benzene, and water.

Usage: Rubber vulcanizing agent HVA-2 is equivalent to rubber cross-linking agent HV-268, suitable for vulcanization of general rubber and special rubber. It can be used as a sulfur or peroxide cross-linking agent, or as a separate cross-linking agent and adhesion promoter between fiber cords and rubber.

1. Application in EPDM rubber: HVA-2 is used as a co crosslinking agent for peroxides to improve the heat aging properties, crosslinking density, physical and mechanical properties, and strength retention after aging of vulcanizates. Dosage 1-2 parts.

2.Application of HVA-2 in nitrile rubber: In light or white filled and reinforced nitrile rubber, HVA-2 can significantly improve heat resistance and reduce compression set. It also has a certain effect in carbon black nitrile rubber compound.

3. Application in chlorosulfonated polyethylene: Used as a crosslinking agent and anti coking agent, to provide excellent heat resistance, electrical properties, and compression permanent deformation resistance for vulcanized rubber. Ca (OH) 2+HVA-2+antioxidant AW (MB for light colored products) system can be used, it can also be combined with magnesium oxide vulcanization system, or used for other vulcanization systems.

4.Application of 4 in halogenated butyl rubber: Using HVA-2+ZnO in combination, the vulcanization speed is fast and the vulcanization performance is excellent. It can also be used in combination with HVA-2+alkyl phenolic curing resin, with fast curing speed and excellent heat resistance of the vulcanizate.

5.Application of HVA-2+accelerator DM (or other accelerators) in natural rubber and rubber blends can be rapidly vulcanized at high temperatures. HVA-2 is used in combination with sulfur to improve the heat and oxygen aging resistance of vulcanized rubber, enhance the adhesion between fiber cords and rubber, and maintain high adhesion strength under both surface and dynamic conditions.

6.Application of HVA-2 in chloroprene rubber: HVA-2 has anti scorching and hardening effects.

7.Application of 7 in butyl rubber: improving heat resistance, volatility resistance, and extraction resistance.

8.Application of 8 in polyurethane rubber compound: When used in combination with peroxide vulcanizing agent, it improves wear resistance and high-temperature performance, and has good compression deformation performance. HV-A2 can also be used alone as vulcanizing agent to improve oxidation resistance and eliminate the odor of peroxide.

9.Application of 9 in fluororubber: improving heat resistance.

10.Application in other types of rubber: HVA-2 is also suitable for use as a vulcanization regulator in acrylic rubber, silicone rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, etc; Especially able to improve the dielectric properties of silicone rubber.
