Overview: Defoamer for fermentation industry is a defoamer lotion specially used to eliminate foam from bio fermentation. After being sterilized at high temperature, it can automatically restore the emulsification state and will not affect the use due to water oil separation or demulsification in the fermentation liquid. The defoamer used in the fermentation industry of Weizhong Defoamer Factory is a polyether type defoamer with good hydrophilicity, easy spreading in foaming media, strong defoaming ability, but also high solubility, and short defoaming activity maintenance time. Therefore, it is a strong defoamer with good effect in viscous fermentation liquid. Featuring environmental protection, high efficiency, no color spots, and low moisture absorption, it is suitable for the needs of defoaming and foam suppression in the vast majority of silicon-free defoamer industries. W725 and other polyether defoamers have poor hydrophilicity and low solubility in foaming media, so they should be used in thin fermentation broth. Its foam inhibiting ability is superior to defoaming ability, and it is suitable to be added in the basic medium to inhibit the production of foam in the whole fermentation process.

Usage: 0.1% to 0.8%, final dosage according to actual experiments.

Storage and transportation: This product is not a hazardous material, non-toxic, and non flammable. It should be sealed and stored indoors in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. The shelf life is about 12 months at around 25 ℃.

Packaging: In 50KG, 200KG barrels, special packaging to be determined separately.
