Usage: This product belongs to the pre added anti frost agent. It has inhibitory effects on powder spraying, wax spraying, oil spraying, and frost spitting; It has a significant inhibitory effect on surface frost formation caused by factors such as fluctuations in rubber material quality, process fluctuations, climate fluctuations, temperature changes, under sulfur vulcanization, unreasonable rubber formula, rubber aging, and uneven force distribution; For unexplained frosting, this product can also be used, as it has the effect of nano polymer sealing, which can inhibit the precipitation of the frost agent; It is also a supporting anti frost and anti frost additive for various rubbers such as diene rubber, natural rubber, synthetic styrene butadiene rubber, cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, SBR, BR, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, etc. It is also suitable for EVA, CSM, TPR engineering plastics, etc. It is recommended to add 3-5% of the main ingredient, either together with the vulcanizing agent or before adding the vulcanizing agent. This product is safe and non-toxic, and has no pollution or corrosion to grinding tools.
