Character: Pure antioxidant 4010NA is a slightly pink or white crystal, gradually darkening to light purple or grayish brown when exposed to light, but its protective performance is not affected and can be stored for a long time. The pure product has a melting point of 80.5 ℃ and is easily soluble in acetone, benzene, isopropanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, methanol, ethanol, etc. It is insoluble in gasoline and insoluble in water at room temperature.

Usage: Antioxidant 4010NA is a high-performance rubber antioxidant with comprehensive performance. It has good protective properties against ozone aging, metal aging, and resistance to bending, fatigue, cracking, etc. It is suitable for rubber industrial products working under static, dynamic, or intermittent conditions. Antioxidant 4010NA has a low melting point and is easy to disperse. Its solubility in rubber is higher than that of antioxidant 4020, and its spray property is lower. Usually used in the manufacturing of dark colored industrial products such as tires, tape, hose, wire and cable insulation layer, rubber rollers, rubber shoes, etc. It can also be used in products with high recycled rubber content and latex products.
